- Sides
- d6 is the standard cube. d4, d8, d10, d12 and d20 are the polyhedral dice used in role-playing games; d100 gives a percentage.

Board game. 2 dice, 6 sides.
Tabletop RPG. 1 die, 20 sides for an attack roll.
Frequently asked questions
Are the rolls fair?
Yes. Each die uses the browser's cryptographically secure random generator with unbiased sampling, so every face is equally likely.
Can I roll 2d6 for a board game?
Yes. Set Dice to 2 and sides to 6; the total is shown under the dice.
Does the animation affect the result?
No. The result is decided when you click; the rolling animation is only for show and is skipped if your system asks for reduced motion.
