How to use
- Paste one link or text per line, or switch to CSV and paste or open a file with a header row.
- For CSV, choose the column with the QR content and, optionally, a column for the label.
- Set the colours, module shape and error correction.
- Choose PNG or SVG files in a ZIP, or a printable PDF sheet with the number of columns and rows, then click Generate.
Options explained
- CSV columns
- The first row is the header. Pick which column becomes the QR code and which becomes the label under it — for example a name column and a URL column.
- Printable sheet
- Codes are laid out in a grid on A4 or Letter pages with a 10 mm margin. The QR codes are vector graphics, so they stay sharp at any printer resolution.
- File names
- Files in the ZIP are named after the label, or the content if there is no label. Duplicates get a number.
Examples
Restaurant tables. CSV with table, url — label column table, content column url — printed as a 4 × 5 sheet of stickers.
Asset tags. One asset ID per line, exported as SVG files for a label printer.
Frequently asked questions
How many QR codes can I make at once?
Up to 1,000 per batch. For more, split the list into several batches.
How big should printed QR codes be?
At least 2 cm across for short links scanned from close by. Longer content makes denser codes that need to be larger; the sheet setup shows the size each code will be.
Are my lists uploaded?
No. The codes are generated in your browser, so customer or product lists stay on your device.
Can I add a logo to every code?
Batch mode keeps codes simple and solid-coloured for reliable printing. For a single code with a logo or gradient, use the QR Code Generator.
