How to use
- Fill in your name and any of phone, email, company, job title, website and address — empty fields are left out.
- Check the preview and, if you like, change the colours or add a caption such as "Scan to save my contact".
- Download PNG or SVG for the card design, or PDF to print.
Options explained
- vCard 3.0
- The contact is stored in the standard vCard 3.0 format, which iPhone and Android camera apps read directly.
- Size of the code
- The more fields you fill in, the denser the code. Keep it at least 2 cm wide on a printed card, larger if you include an address.
What goes into the code
Each field becomes one line of a vCard 3.0 text, and empty fields are skipped. Filling in First name, Last name, Company, Job title, Mobile, Email, Website, City and Country produces:

This example is 225 characters. Every extra field makes the code denser, which is why the printed size matters. Commas, semicolons and line breaks inside a value are escaped as the vCard standard requires.
Frequently asked questions
Does the QR code need the internet?
No. All details are inside the code itself, so it works offline and never expires. To change a detail you need to make a new code.
Can I add a photo or logo to the contact?
Contact photos make the code too large to scan, so they are not included. You can still put a logo in the middle of the code with the style options.
Is my information stored?
No. The code is created in your browser and nothing is sent to us.

This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your files and text are processed on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
