Frequently asked questions
What PPI is sharp enough?
It depends on distance. Phones held about 30 cm away look pixel-free above roughly 300 PPI; monitors at 60–70 cm look good around 110 PPI and very crisp above 160.
1440p or 4K at 27 inches?
1440p gives about 109 PPI and 4K about 163 PPI. 4K text is crisper but needs display scaling and more graphics power.
Is screen size measured diagonally?
Yes — advertised sizes are the diagonal of the visible area in inches.
