Tips for keeping habits
Start small. Three to five habits are easier to keep than fifteen. Make each one specific — “read 20 pages” rather than “read more”.
Don’t break the chain. A row of ticked boxes is motivating; if you miss a day, aim not to miss two in a row.
Review at the end of the month. Count the ticks in each row. Keep what worked, adjust what didn’t, and print next month’s tracker.
Frequently asked questions
How many habits fit on a page?
About 15–20 rows fit comfortably; with more the rows get shorter but stay usable.
Can I make a tracker for the whole year?
Yes. Set the number of months to 12 and the PDF has one page per month.
Is anything uploaded?
